Ms. Sheetal Manhas is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of varied experience in financial sector at various senior managerial levels. She is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of working in Stressed Assets industry and is skilled in Securitisation, Insolvency, Debt Restructuring, Insurance, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

During her career prior to joining Invent, she has gained extensive experience in advising corporates on financial and debt restructuring. She has also worked on several corporate finance transactions having raised project finance and working capital for mid-level and large corporates and has provided other financial advisory and consultancy services to such corporates.

Ms Manhas is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May, 2022.
