Ms. Sheetal Manhas is the MD & CEO of the Company with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. A Chartered Accountant by profession, she has led critical initiatives in stressed asset resolution, debt restructuring, securitisation, and insolvency.

Her career spans strategic advisory roles across corporate finance, project funding, and turnaround management. She has played a key role in numerous corporate finance transactions, including the mobilization of project finance and working capital for both mid-sized and large enterprises. Under her leadership, the ARC has enhanced recovery outcomes and strengthened operational performance, positioning itself as a key player in India’s distressed debt ecosystem.

Ms. Sheetal Manhas is the MD & CEO of the Company since May, 2022.
